Cardio - Run for 18 minutes
10 berpies
Dumbbell press -  4sets of 15
Pushups - 3 sets of 12
Jump lunges - 3 sets of 20
Body dips - 3 sets of 18
Crunches - 3 sets of 30 
Tricep press down machine - 3 sets of 30
