Boot Camp tomorrow (Wednesday, August 11th) at 7:30 PM.
Last week everyone worked very hard. Let's work even harder tomorrow night.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, 2 egss, 1 apple
Midday snack: almonds, dried fruit
Lunch: baked chicken and avocado
Snack: peanut butter crackers
Dinner: salmon with brocoli
