Run for 18 minutes
Stairs 6 times
Pull ups - 3 sets of 15
Push ups - 3 sets of 12 
Barbell curls - 3sets of 15
Lying leg curls - 3 sets of 25
Leg extensions - 1 set of 100
Leg press - 2 sets of 40
100 crunches
300 jump rope
